We're All in This Together:
Ensuring Health & Safety is Our Mission
“Certain critical infrastructure industries have a special responsibility in these times to continue normal operations.”
--Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce v3.1, DHS/CISA, 5/19/20
St. Petersburg, FL, USA. As of: Dec. 1, 2020.
As a health & safety company we take very seriously the well-being of workers and the integrity of workplace facilities. In this time of global pandemic and U.S. National Emergency, monitoring and adherence to guidelines, warnings, and mandates issued by official health authorities and Federal/State/Local government is paramount.
Our Operations Continue
The products in our industrial health & safety industry are not luxury items. They are instrumentation and technology needed to keep workers safe and workplaces secure, especially now.
Sensidyne, LP qualifies as a Critical Infrastructure Supplier since we manufacture essential materials and products needed for the categories defined under Critical Manufacturing: medical supply chains (including ventilators), transportation, energy, communications, food and agriculture, chemical manufacturing, nuclear facilities, water and wastewater treatment, emergency services, and the defense industrial base. Accordingly, all employees at Sensidyne are considered to be part of the essential critical infrastructure workforce.
This means that Sensidyne has a special responsibility in these times to continue operations, even in the event of local, state or national quarantine. We are fully committed to doing our utmost to prevent any interruption in our ability to meet customers’ needs. We continue to work hard every day to manufacture and distribute our products through our distributor networks, manufacturers reps, and e-commerce, and we have adequate inventory in place to sustain for many months. We continue daily to monitor conditions in our factory and environments of our personnel in other parts of the country and around the world. We have instituted strict hygiene guidelines, as recommended by the CDC. In addition, we are very carefully reviewing all travel and face-to-face meetings and eliminating these activities unless they are essential or critical. We will keep these measures in place until official health organizations and governing bodies have announced it is safe to do otherwise.
Commerce Continues
Researching and purchasing products through phone calls, by email, or online is clearly still safe and secure. We will do everything within our power to continue to safely manufacture and deliver the products our customers need, remaining hopeful for prudent resolution and recovery from this crisis and a return to a "new normal" for business operations.
Let’s stay healthy & safe out there,
Howie, Glenn, and the entire Sensidyne Team
