Flat Rate Repair and Calibration Prices

Flat Rate Repair Prices Effective January 19, 2007

The following are the Flat Rate Repair Prices for the Sensidyne Products. The repair prices include fault isolation, replacement of faulty components and test to factory specifications. Factory Repair will carry a warranty of 180 days in accordance with the current terms and conditions.

Hourly rate for items not listed & Evaluation fee
Evaluation Fee is charged when fault isolation has been performed and repair service is declined. This Fee is necessary to cover the cost of labor required in evaluation of products not actually repaired.

Expedite Fee
The repair order may be expedited upon customer request. The equipment is moved ahead of normal repair queue and behind the previous Expedited order.

Service Conditions

Factory Repair Service normally has a turn-around time of one week, IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in longer turn-around times. Please include all documentation with the equipment when returned to the Factory:

  • Include a Purchase Order for the specified Flat Rate amount plus shipping. The P.O. must include: Contact Name and Phone Number, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method and the correct total dollar amount, plus shipping charges.
  • MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa are acceptable for payment if the information included with the returned goods states the Cardholder’s name, Card Number, Security Code, Expiration Date, Contact Name and Phone Number, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method and the correct total dollar amount, plus shipping charges.
  • All Equipment returned must be intact and include all parts. We will not attempt to repair equipment which has been returned in pieces or is missing significant parts. Include a description of the failure or malfunction with the returned equipment in order to ensure that the problem will be fully addressed.
  • To ensure the safety of our employees, we reserve the right to refuse service to any item with known or unknown chemical contamination, asbestos contamination or radiation contamination.
