Factory Calibration and Repair Service for Sensidyne Products

The Sensidyne Service Department offers you a variety of service options that will help to increase your user confidence while minimizing costly interruptions and maintenance costs. These options include initial training, on-site technical assistance and full factory repairs. Sensidyne has developed several programs which will allow you to select just the right options which are best suited to your applications and needs.

Factory Repair and Calibration

All Factory repairs must have a 'Return Materials Authorization' number (RMA). Please contact the Service Department at 1-800-451-9444 / 727-530-3602, ext 781 or service@Sensidyne.com.

The repair prices include fault isolation, replacement of faulty components and test to factory specifications. Factory Repair will carry a warranty of 180 days in accordance with the current terms and conditions.

Factory Repair Service normally has a turn-around time of one week. Please include all documentation with the equipment when returned to the Factory.

Include a Purchase Order for the specified Flat Rate amount plus shipping. The PO must include Contact Name and Phone Number, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method and the correct total dollar amount, plus shipping charges.

MasterCard, American Express, & Visa are acceptable for payment.

All equipment returned must be intact and include all parts. We will not attempt to repair equipment which has been returned in pieces or is missing significant parts. Include a description of the failure or malfunction with the returned equipment in order to ensure that the problem will be fully addressed.
